minimum of 7% per year<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ol>\r\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warranty conditions<\/strong>:<\/h3>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li><strong>Warranty for foundations<\/strong>: The warranty period for foundation and insulation work is a minimum of 10 years.<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li><strong>Warranty for fixtures<\/strong>: Mechanical as well as electrical installations are warranted for a minimum of one year.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Withdrawal rights<\/strong>:<\/h3>&#13;\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>The developer has the right to withdraw after the committee&#8217;s approval if the beneficiary delays payment.<\/li>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<li>The beneficiary has the right to withdraw if the developer delays delivery for more than 180 days.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>\r\n&#13;\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment schedule<\/strong>:<\/h3>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>In the end, the payments correspond to the stages of the project&#8217;s progress, provided that the first payment does not exceed 20% of the unit value, and the last payment is not less than 5% upon
